Birch Home Builders built our forever home, on the lake, during Covid-19, when supplies were limited and delayed, costs for building materials were at an all time high and the uncertainty and fear of building was a monster of a challenge. However, Andy and Avery and their team made this challenge exciting and actually fairly easy. Their prices were competitive and fair, the subcontractors were timely and efficient and the overall process moved along smoothly. They kept us informed throughout the entire build, they searched for alternatives when delays seemed inevitable, they were transparent and honest from start to finish.
